Convention videotaping requires a lot of planning and preparation if they are to be produced properly. Since each convention is unique we must utilize our FREE consultation to determine your needs and the costs of production. There are basically three ways we can approach covering the costs of the project, (See FAQ's: "What, How and Who do we charge?"). The most utilized agreement is The Speculation Package, however, this is largely due to the fact that most convention planners do not think of producing a video until the last minute, and way after they have sent out their registration forms. In hindsight, most of our clients tell us they would have preferred The Registration Package that includes the price of the video within the announced registration fee. The video then becomes part of the built in expense of the convention, much like the facility fees or the caterer costs. The Registration Package also takes the heat off of the convention committee to sell a speculated number of videos.
